Super Leader Academy

Developing leadership begins early. Our Super Leader Academy, inspired by Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, helps P5-P7 pupils discover their strengths, grow in confidence, and take ownership of their learning and school community.

Through interactive workshops and leadership challenges, pupils learn to communicate effectively, collaborate with others, and make positive contributions to school life. Guided by our school vision of nurturing confident, compassionate, and capable learners, the Academy encourages every pupil’s voice to be heard and valued.

By embracing the 7 Habits,such as being proactive, thinking win-win, and seeking first to understand, pupils are empowered to lead initiatives, influence decisions, and shape a positive school culture where leadership is practiced every day.
